We stand behind every VitalHound Labs™ product. If you have genuinely used The VitalHound Protocol as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you may submit a refund request within 60 calendar days of delivery.

No return required. We do not ask you to ship anything back. We do ask that you give the product a real, consistent chance — because that is the only way it works.


How to Qualify

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Guarantee, you must:

  • Submit your request within 60 calendar days of your delivery date
  • Provide reasonable evidence of use — this can include a photo of the product, a description of how long you used it and at what dosage, or any notes on your dog's response
  • Have purchased directly from our official website (vitalhoundlabs.com)

We require evidence of use because our product works through consistent daily administration over time. Refunds are not available for customers who have not meaningfully tried the product.


What Is Not Covered

The following do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Dislike of taste, smell, or texture of the product
  • Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any third-party retailer
  • Requests submitted after 60 calendar days from delivery
  • More than one (1) refund claim per customer or household
  • Cases where abuse, fraud, or resale activity is suspected

How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Your order number
  2. Your evidence of use (photo, description, or both)
  3. A brief summary of your experience

Our team responds within 24 hours, 7 days a week. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: A standard $2 transaction fee is non-refundable.


Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact us at support@vitalhoundlabs.com immediately upon receiving your order. We resolve damage and fulfilment errors within 1 business day at no cost to you.


Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no commitments, no minimum period, no hidden fees. Log into your account portal or email our support team to cancel.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at support@vitalhoundlabs.com within the 14-day window. Items must be returned unused, with original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.
